Banana waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ccp flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside.
  • In a separate mixing mash banana, add egg, milk, and vanilla whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Grease your waffle iron with cooking spray or butter.
  • Spoon the batter onto the iron—Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
