Banana pancakes

Serves 4


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of your favorite pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • A splash of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg


  • Spray griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
  • For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle.
  • Cook until bubbles form on top and edges are dry.
  • Turn; cook other side until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite syrup and toppings or just eat as is!
